So with Blizzcon finally over and I have had such an amazing time watching it and being apart of the Monk Meditation Podcast to discuss our opinions on the up and coming changes I thought it would be a good time to go over one of the things we did not get to see much off or hear about, The level 100 Talents. (these are subject to change)
Windwalker monks:
Serene mists - Chi Serenity is an instant cast with a 1.5 minute cooldown. You enter a state of mental and physical serenity for 10 seconds. While in that state all chi consumption's are instantly refilled.
Chi Explosion - Consumes up to 4 chi with a 40 yard range t0 cause the target to explode with chi energy, causing addition effects based on the chi consumed.
1 chi = Deals X amount of damage to an enemy
2 chi = damaged enemies also take an addition x amount of nature damage over 6 seconds
3 chi = also generates a charge of tigereye brew
4 chi = the damage also hits all enemies within 8 yards of the target

Vital Conviction - Hurricane strikes has a 15 yard range is instant cast and has a 45 second cooldown. Unleash a series of rapid kicks dashing between nearby targets dealing X amount of damage over 3 seconds, while kicking you're immune to all damage and effects.
Restoration shamans:
Rainstorm - Condensation Totem: summons a water totem with 5 health at the feet of the caster for 1 minute that collects 25% of all over healing, and grants it to the shaman as spell power towards their next healing wave, healing surge, chain heal or riptide.
Reach of the elements - High tide: Passive, your chain heal also bounces to all targets affected by your riptide
Storm Elemental Totem - Instant cast with a 5 minute cooldown, summons an air totem with 6k health at the feet of the caster, calling forth a greater storm elemental to hurl gusts of wind on the casters enemies Each gust of wind does damage to the enemy and heals all allies within 15 yards for 100% of the damage dealt split evenly, lasts until cancelled.
My predictions: For the monk talents, alot of work will have to be done too see whats effective in most fights, Chi explosion seems to be complicated and used perfectly to gain its full effect. Serene mists sounds really great but Vital Conviction really caught my eye, it looks and sounds like Killing spree, does clones receive this ability? Who knows.
For the shaman, I like the sound of all of them, High tide would be great for mulitple targets who have riptide on them which may be a good reason to take the riptide glyph again to got a better spread of heals across your raid. Storm Elemental totem has a great amount of work to be done, bosses and raids alike always are on the move unless its a stationary fight which is quite rare to see now days, so control over your elemental may come in to play to gain the benefit of the heals. This also can not be used with Spirit link totem, which gives you Another air totem cooldown, but is it worth it? Condensation totem looks great, On paper with little math I have, with the amount of over healing shamans Can do with healing rain chaining and riptides, I'm curious to see how it scales. In terms of the spell power we gain. Some work will have to be done in order to see whats the best.
