The Legion Is Calling

To say It's been a while since I dabbled in the Warcraft Universe would be a hell of a understatement. In the space of my last post, I'm now married, Living in my own house with my beautiful wife and enjoying our time together even more than I ever have. We are settling in really well, we finally got our sofa today so after three weeks of sitting on chairs our friend kindly lent us we can now relax and enjoy proper chilled out evenings together.

As you may of guessed we also have our internet up and running, To start with we wanted to go with EE but with a three week installation time and a lazy Copper wire feeding us sub optimal speeds for our area we decided to go with virgin. Have not looked back since. Next up was a computer, yay!

We wanted to have something to suit both mine and the wife's needs. A capable computer for both editing videos and playing video games. PC Specialist was our chosen company and we got our beautiful machine within 3 days of placing our order. I highly recommend them to any one looking for a new system.

I'm also back on the Warcraft band wagon. Playing a Windwalker monk and loving it. I do have to admit, it took me a while to appreciate the new class mechanics but its an absolute blast. I've grown out of having to play the top DPS class. Enjoy the limited time I get to play and Enjoy it I shall! The WW style is so great and it flows incredibly well, Wish I could say the same for my writing techniques. >.<

Everything is a huge learning curve again which is great, but I feel so far behind everyone its crazy. Hopefully 7.2.5 will bring in more catch up mechanics for those behind. The Mythic dungeons are a great addition to the game and I have to admit, I do not raid half as much or if at all, so it fits my timings perfectly. That and climbing ladders on diablo.

So my guild is still around but was collecting dust for a few months now. Only a few of us play and a few returning but we look to have a 1 night a week raiding period for a full clear and a few dungeons here in there. Casual and as cool as a set of cucumbers. Its great to be back.

Basic Mistweaver Healing Guide | Highmaul | The Arcane Sanctum

Hello again everyone! As promised I have written up a very basic healing guide for the next three bosses within the second wing of Highmaul. I want to keep these short and sweet. Less dribble and just the facts you need as a Mistweaver. Thank you for the kind words from my last post! Lets get the ball rolling for another super basic guide! 

Note: These guides do not teach you how to play your class or tell you exactly what spells to use. Just a few tips here and there for good measure. 

Tectus - 

• If targeted by Crystalline barrage run away from the raid (to the right)
• If you have any Earthen Pillars spawning on you, Move. (to the left)
• Tanks take heavy consistent damage throughout. Use spells like soothing mixed with surging. 
• Raid will take large damage on every Tectonic Upheaval. Use a mixture of uplifts and chi brews to help balance it out. 
• Use revival on second Upheaval so it could be up for the last one.
• Spells like chi torpedo coupled with celerity for the extra roll help great for the movement of this fight. 
• I take chi burst here as I like its raid healing for Upheaval/melee group dealing with red stuff.
• Statue on melee.

Twin Ogron - 

• First off, fire is bad, move from it. Zen med and defuse magic negate its damage. 
• Avoid Pol's charge, spread on pulverize. 
• Tank A takes damage from whirlwind, save hamster ball for that. (Life Cocoon)
• Watch out for interruption shout. If you  have a paladin, get them to use devo aura here. (Mana tea wont be interrupted anyway)
• Keep the statue by the ranged. Single target the melee (My raid never had many of them dudes)

Ko'ragh - Super simple guide. 

• Fire debuff can be dispelled, if you like to cheese, soon as the first raid wide fire debuff is up, use revival. (will be up for last one)
• If the boss is charging move away (behind someone else)
• help stun adds with leg sweep when needed. 
• Tanks and the player catching the orbs will take heavy damage, Save cocoon for those three. 
• Dont stand by or near any of the bad stuff (ice, fire, arcane) 
• Use surging/soothing on tanks (watch for range) and use uplift as a main chi spender here. Lots of AoE damage from people unable to avoid all the avoidable damage.

Basic Mistweaver Healing Guide | Highmaul | The Walled City

Hello folks! It's been one hell of a long time since I wrote a super basic healing guide and featured a post about my monk but since my break (getting ready for the forces) I have not had as much time as I wanted to back track on my blog ideas and get writing. However I feel like it's the right time to write up some super basic guides cutting out the boring things like every tactic each encounter has because I'm sure we're all accustomed to them now. Anyway, Below will be a guide on each encounter Enjoy! 

Important! This is a basic guide amusing you already know how to play this class. I will not be covering each spell to use. Just a general overview. Icy veins, wow head and others all have you covered there. 

Kargath Bladefist - 

• Place statue in the middle of the room for healing coverage.
• Stay away from tiger pits around the room. Fall in it and you will die.
• Be aware of fire pillars. If Kargath targets you, run behind a fire piller to stun him. (Chi torpedo is great for this)
• Tanks take more damage during impale so save cooldowns like cocoon for the second impale.
• Keep ReM on at least 1 charge
• Soothing mist on Tanks prio.
• If there is a ton of raid damage, revival should be used accordingly, don't waste it. 
• Defuse magic is your best friend.
• Chi wave for coverage.

The Butcher - 

• Place statue in melee range.
• Soothing mist on tanks constantly.
• Soon as stacks build up from melee groups use AOE heals frequently such as uplift.
• After second charge, I use revival for a effective recovery.
• Use ReM as your main chi generator along with surging.
• Dampen Harm if you really want to reduce  charge damage.
• When bosses Zerk face, don't panic. 
• Chi burst, aimed at the melee group is OP.

Brackenspore - 

• Avoid the green stuff on the floor (Creeping moss)
• Heal up mushrooms as prio. 
• The green one, living mushroom should be activated when topped off during infesting spore. (Crazy raid damage)
• Heal up the blue mushroom for mana regeneration and haste for the whole raid. Here you can go balls to the wall with uplifts and enveloping on tanks.
• Switch to Crane stance to help kill adds and use ToD on the big adds. 
• Save cooldowns for the expected tank damage when stacks get high. Otherwise it wont ever be needed. 
• Chi Torpedo is great here along with celerity for more free heals.
• Defuse magic/zen med during infesting is great ways to mitigate that poison damage.

There we go! Basic guide on the first wing complete! Expect the rest out during this weekend. For those after my Warrior play throughs, they will be back but only for a month or so as I leave for the Army on the 13th of July! So as I'm sure you guys can appreciate the lateness of them recently. Let's play/blog World of Warcraft | Way of the Warrior | 20 - 30 | #3

Hello everyone! welcome to my third lets play/blog series as we follow the keen adventures and exploration of my brand new character Vay, the drunken Dwarf Warrior. It has been a absolute blast so far and I have to admit, I did not think I would have this much fun. Its an incredible class to play, especially fury. I decided for this level bracket I would try out some dungeons and before I knew it I was already 30. The class feels wild, it feels unrelenting and Its so much fun! So sit back, relax and enjoy... Lets blog Warcraft... Warrior style!

Here we are again folks! Questing and killing our way through the leveling brackets! Last week we was adventuring through Loch Modan, a beautiful location set between the rolling hills and tranquil mountain ranges of Dun Morogh and the wetlands. As much as I have enjoyed the questing in the dwarf themed areas, I decided to hit up some dungeons and before I knew it, It was time to get some material for a new blog post! So below is a list of the dungeons and I encountered and a little bit of a back story for them.

Shadowfang Keep - This haunted keep sits right above the borderline to Gilneas overlooking a small village called Pyrewood inhabited by wolves and other evil animals. It's home to a demented and cursed Vincent Godfrey, A traitor to his homeland and forsaken. This instance is the residence of a whole range of undead, and you wont find much trace of the old inhabitant anywhere in the dark and twisted halls. The creatures here are in small packs which make it great for some fury warrior damage. Plus the bosses are unique and different from each other.

Blackfathom Deeps - A incredible dungeon, one of the few underwater instances that drags you through many daunting caverns and leaking pathways that open on to ancient architecture which is probably nightelf origin, that is now over run with the twilight cult who are also joined by a mix of creatures and Naga to defend their holy demi god, Aku'Mai, a huge dragon like Hydra. This instance is a difficult one to find, but once the Temple is found to the far west of ashenvale along the coats line, it can be found after a short underground swim, So if you wish to find the entrance, don't forget your flippers and a waterproof map. This also had a re work for WoD and some of the boss encounters have some great mechanics. My new healing spell was great here along with Victory rush.

Scarlet Halls - This dungeon is located with its other counterparts in Tirisfal glades, slightly north of Undercity. This instance was re worked and now is home to what seem to be crazed Zealots and crusaders, defending their keeps from what was only Undead nightmares to pretty much anything living. The Scarlet crusade have a history of doing so, with anything that is attempting to disrupt their holy ground is an enemy. This particular instance is home to a Houndmaster, Armsmaster and a Wizard by the name of Koegler, Don't stand in the fire!

Level 25 was fast approaching so I took a look at some of the ones I thought would be great as you unlock a Major and a Minor slot at level 25, 50 and 75! From what I saw, the rage increasing glyphs was mandatory and the minor glyphs are only cosmetic so I decided to rock the burning anger one!

Once I hit level 30 I realized I had another set of talents to choose from, from what I can see from these, they are our healing utility. Below are the ones you unlock!  

Enraged Regeneration Second Wind Impending Victory 

The Idea of being able to heal myself when needed although for a very small amount was beneficial to my leveling, so as you can see from the image above, I decided to go with Enraged Regeneration. The others sound great and I can see their uses but I kill things fast enough that Victory Rush  takes care of my health most of the time. 

I also gained some interesting abilities while leveling!

Heroic Throw
Pummel
Whirlwind
Raging Blow

Raging Blow cosmetic looks amazing and hits like a truck, As a dwarf you leap in the air and hit targets with both weapons (Like a glorified Mutilate) But way cooler! I also gained an interrupt which will be valuable during my adventures.

Let's play/blog World of Warcraft! | Way of the Warrior | 10 - 20 | #2

Greetings fellow adventures, explorers and warriors of the world! Its time for my second post on my lets blog series! Follow me as I venture through vast wilderness, spooky dungeons and slay some horde as Vay, the dwarf warrior who enjoys a beverage now and then would be a slight understatement. Last week we started our adventure in Dun Morogh and in this episode we quest through Loch Modan on our journey to level 20. So sit back, relax and enjoy..

Hey good lookin' want to have a go on my cannon? *strokes beard*

So our adventure continues from the snowy yet beautiful region of Dun Morogh, our home land to another equally stunning location filled with our brothers and sisters of the hammer (and cannons) Loch Modan. This location can be reached via the most eastern tunnel under the mountains and through the valley of kings. Its beautiful rolling hills, tranquil forests are home to some of the more sinister creaters such as wolves, bears, spiders and many other races causing trouble. It is also home to the abandoned Archaeological dig site to the east and a lake right in the middle from which it got its name. Kobolds, ogres and gnolls all have their foothold here but the small town of Thelsamar is home to the dwarfs keeping this place in check.  

I started the quest from Ironforge that took me here (also to complete a blacksmith quest) from which I got acquainted with the folks of Thelsamar whom sent me on a ton of missions in to  some treacherous caves, bottomless of lakes, and in to the cursed woods over looked by the ogres.

Reaching level 20 here was rather simple. A ton of quests will lead you all over the region. What I also noticed was the vast amount of copper/tin ore nestled in the caves and mountains so I took full advantage of that and after the quest line, I was level 19 and decided to grind out the rest of my level. 

Hacking and slashing my way through the zone, the warriors early downtime was none existent which was fantastic. Some of the new abilities I gained were putting out some enormous numbers. I love the feel of the class, it feels some what like organised chaos. You hit sparkly things, things hit hard, things die, things give coin. Success! Time for a beer! 

At level 15 I unlocked the talents! They seem absolutely awesome in my opinion and the first row were focused on our mobility which is charge. Below is a photo and descriptions of the talent choices. 

Juggernaut Double Time Warbringer

As you can see I went for the rather tasty looking Juggernaut Its cooldown reduction is perfect for questing and I could really feel the difference in getting to the mobs quicker. The other two are great, one I could imagine being great for PvP.

Getting to level 20 has been an absolute blast and I can not wait to step foot in to a new location. I also aim to complete some dungeons and give you guys a little back story in to those zones. I am still rather enjoying my play time now on this toon and I really look forward to writing the next post! Anyway, after choosing my talent, getting my new skills, I then took a trip back to the city to level up my mining and smithing which are now at 110. Still have a way to go but nonetheless it shall we done!

Let's play/blog World Of Warcraft | Way of the Warrior | 1-10 | #1

Hello my fellow adventures! I am back with a brand new lets play! In these brief blog posts I like to share my experiences of leveling a new class for the first time, lore behind the class as well as some amazing information on the locations I quest through. I have always been a lover of lore, melee classes and more importantly to me, the lore behind the Dwarfs. So sit back, grab your finest keg of brew and come with me on a new adventure.

So! first things first. The class was picked by my guild members by a poll, In all honesty I was preying they would pick this one as I hinted at this one being picked on TS multiple times. Huuzzaahh! It worked! I have always enjoyed melee classes over any other DPS type in the game for its quick moving play style and the warrior certainly felt the right choice after playing a Monk and a Shaman for some time. The warrior acts as a bloodthirsty killer, gaining rage through normal hits and spending rage on hard hitting spells. Juicy.

Secondly, the race. Such an importance to me is being able to connect to the character and for me, having an OCD with making sure I don't have multiple races on my selection screen or classes for that matter the Dwarf was just perfect. I have always loved the lore of this race more than any other in Warcraft and I could not wait to start playing it. *Strokes beard*

So I had the race, class and a fresh new guild tabard to match my new character much to my guild mates disgust, I was ready! Ready to get some awesome screenshots and work out what I wanted to do with this class. 

The adventure stars deep within the icy mountains of Dun Morogh defending your bunker in Coldridge Valley from an obvious threat. What starts as slaying some Troggs, healing up some fallen comrades, getting information from the trolls about a troublesome cave down towards the south, you are thrown in to the thick of a fight.

After completing a number of quests for some folk around town which involves a bit of drinking, looking for drink and drinking more drink, you are asked to head over to Kharanos the small military hub at the foot of Ironforge this town is also known world renown fame because Thunderbrew Distillery producing some of the finest brews in the world and every Dwarf knows how important that is! After a short introduction to the zone we are once again thrown in to the deep end. 

During my questing session I was able to get from 1 - 10 rather quickly and the next big question after the questing was what Spec to play?! Now, I had a plan of going to roll a tank because of the fast ques and being able to speed up my leveling experience but I decided to throw that idea out the window and rock a Warrior, with two huggeee axes and indulge within my own drunken rage! Fury baby!

I also decided there was no other better profession to go with than mining and blacksmith. To me this really suits the lore feel to the class and race which I think is the perfection combination! Obviously I will work on my secondary professions once I start the leveling but to tell you all the trust, for the first time in a long time I am really enjoying my leveling! 

So going back to the adventure at hand, I completed the quest line in Dun Morogh that lead me through valleys, mines, runways within the mountains and scaring away some troll hunters from my rams It was finally time to look for the quest to take me to my next location, Loch Modan!

Warlords Of Draenor: Sinister Spires Of Arak

Hello folks! Vaylen back here again with another look at the next location you will get to venture through Draenor. This location is by far my moist enjoyable. Shocker right? This tends to be peoples least favorite but for me it was the most memorable for a number of reasons. So sit back with your finest brew (mana tea I hope) and enjoy!

So it begins! We enter the the sinister home of the Shattered Hand clan. Lead by the almighty Kargath Bladefist. It is however also home to the untouched and still rather peaceful Arakkoa perched up high above the giant trees and barbaric orcs below. Upon arrival, its hard to ignore the beauty of this place. Darkness and mystery shrouds this location and its hard to ignore the feeling of that tranquility being torn.

Heading down south of Arak and working your way through the chapters you are also able to set up a outpost much like the other zones. Here I decided to set up a brewery.. being monk and all and with the lack of monk lore in this expansion I made it count. By supplying my troops with some good grub and booze on tap, I made it work.

The questing here is fantastic, with a ton of group quests, close bonus objectives and so on, The general flow of the location to me was very smooth. There is a ton of treasures to find and a brilliant quest that involves Terokk, the greatest hero of the Arrakoa. Oh man I wish he was a playable race.

Warlords Of Draenor: Tranquil-ish Talador

Hello folks! Back again with another play through of the expansion! It's been some time now since I quested here on my monk but nonetheless I wanted to share with you guys the experiences I had along the way and some amazing screenshots of my adventures.

From a quick questing location of gorgrond I was rather keen to see what the next location was like. As early as beta and the announcement of this location I was very excited to see what blizzard could produce. From the moment you arrive at your fort I was extremely pleased with the way they executed the starting quests and the beautiful landscape.

From the tranquil locations at the start to the scorched earth towards the south, each place has its own beauty. From saving critters to chasing down the cults of the damage, you will always enjoy each quest chapter. Some of the quests do get a little annoying due to over use of shredders and dealing with other buggy quest objectives. I did really enjoy it however.

I heard of the stories and some spoilers of the ending of the location and I was not let down! The final confrontation of Blackhand with Yrel, Kadgar and Durotan at your side you get to witness and absolutely amazing cinematic which for me made this whole location one of the better questing zones. 

 SPOILERS! Here is the video if you have not yet seen it! 

That's the end of this location! I don't want to go into to much detail in these as I really just want to showcase the screenshots of the location but if you wish to see more of the lore of each place I visit please ask and I will get to work! Stay tuned guys till the next place of interest!

Warlords Of Draenor: Through The Dark Portal

So it begins, with the Iron horde flooding on to our homelands we're forced to travel through the once quiet portal and face a new menace! I will get some shots of my travels and document my experiences throughout Draenor. Despite the obvious lag which is something out of our control and the buggy quests its been a blast and a real change of pace. I wont be covering every single detail but I'm sure you will get the picture! So please sit back, relax and take your mind of the loading screen bosses and ridiculous ques in my first post of WoD! 

So we begin our adventure through the merciless Iron horde forces that occupy Tanaan Jungle. Similar to Hellfire in BC both factions start there, however it is instanced so in the famous words of Corporal Jones, DON'T PANIC! Here you will transverse through a dense jungle that serves as home of the bleeding hollow clan.  Together with Thrall, Khadgar & Maraad you will be on the run from forces at work, destroying caves, shooting a huge cannon... YES CANNONS! and much more! 

As you can see the story telling is incredible and the use of the new 3D texts on key characters is really outstanding. So even if you are not familiar with the names, the story telling will get you caught up to speed easily and really do a great job at immersing you in to the quests. You really do feel like you're on the run and these suckers are hunting you down! After all you did just take control of a huge inferno machine from the help of a dwarf and nuke the hell out of them! SAVAGE! 

After a few hours, give or take you will be rushing towards the end of the introduction quest were you will jump on a ship of sorts and be off to Shadowmoon Valley, Here you will meet up with the epic Draenei Velen (named after me of course) Here you will embark on adventure from the get go. First you will establish your garrison, to start with you will be collecting lumber and killing the ravens inhabiting the area. 

Shortly after you will then be on your way through out the valley. You will meet a ton of new folk, doing all kinds of quests (have not had to pick up cleft poop as of yet) which are all enveloped around your garrison. Quests can reward you with followers for missions from common to epic, much like battle pets and these can be sent off on there way to complete missions of sorts. I love how all the quests effect your garrisons and have the potential to make it better.

Your garrisons will continue to work, complete orders, rank up as you quest through Draenor. Its great to set up some missions and then be off on your own quests. The blueprints you use drop from quest mobs and so on which I think relate to your professions you have currently. As you can see from the photos above they also include that awesome 3D text as you rank up and build new parts to your garrison. The random quests you can complete like defending your town are also really interesting. I have only been in one so far but I hope they are different! 

As you can see, Shadowmoon is incredible and I really do prefer it to the Horde counterpart. It's lush environments are awesome. Going back to the garrisons a little, I do wish there was a way you could build it in any of the WoD zones like they said at last Blizzcon but to be honest, it is stunning here, WHY WOULD YOU NOT!? it also makes sense to have it here as this is your first real touch on Draenor soil, lets defend this beauty shall we? 

The locations even throughout SMV are stunning and so diverse. One minute your in a farm the next your in a glade full of plant like creatures and all sorts of pretty things! (some have a nasty sting so watch out) These places also have some great exploration opportunities and a ton of rares added in for good measure. 

Initial thoughts 
Although I doubt I will be able to get on due to all these server issues which to be honest is hard to forgive considering we have had a year or so on Garrosh, you would of thought these would of been stress tested enough to expect such a jump in players.. I am now finished here and level 92 and by the gods of RNG I got my first perk which was empowered chi! Yeah baby! I have loved it, despite the lag, its been great fun and I hope you guys enjoy it just as much!

Are you looking for a new home? [EU]

Hello ladies and gents, I just wanted to share with you all a Project I have just started working on over on Ravencrest/Alliance under the name <Forged Legacy>.

Introduction
For far to long now, the shadow of silent guilds has spread far and wide across all the realms of Azeroth. With the introduction to perks and auto invite macros, we feel that guilds have some what lost their magic and real feeling of pride of being under the guilds name and really as the game has progressed that feeling of being apart of a great guild has all but fizzled out. Now I know not everyone has gone through this experience, of course raiding with people you know and what not is what really makes the game, But what I miss is the real social side of it, A true community.

Over on the US there is a well known Mega guild called the <Convert to Raid> and over time, smaller guilds under the same name have arisen, both PvE and PvP guilds all fall under the same banner. They also run their own podcast and every week get a special guest on from the top raiding guilds throughout the world, It's truly incredible and I just want the EU to have some sort of close community like that.. They also have gained recognition from Blizzard themselves and have urged people to be apart of such an amazing community. Now I don't intend to gain as many people as I can to be apart of this, But at least give people the opportunity to be proud to be apart of something new and exciting. CTR have come a long way, with a ton of hard work and effort, it really has payed off, its a great amount inspiration from them that has really made me want to drive that passion to us.

This is a new guild I want to form with you, The community, with like-minded players who maybe want to take a sit back from the hustle and bustle of end game, maybe even take a step out form their comfort zone and meet new people and be apart of something great. I want to create a home for everyone to enjoy. With such a large amount of time up until the new expansion, I want to use it wisely and build something promising. Nothing is worse than logging on to a dead guild and then moments later, log off without having nothing accomplished. I want to create a place with you that people will enjoy logging on, enjoy just talking in guild chat and creating your own in guild events... so maybe your thinking, well what goals do I have for the guild, Allow me to list them. 

My Short Term Goals
- The guild is Brand new, So building the foundations is key. I have already added 5 bank tabs named:Materials, Equipment, Consumables, Enchantments & professions. (more coming soon) May not seem relevant now, but it will shortly. 
- Reach level 25. With a handful of players (friends and family) it will take some time to recruit. We're not using any kind of macro spamming, we're doing it the good old fashioned way. Speaking to players and really finding the right players for the guild.. as I said, it may seem crazy creating a guild from scratch with such a strong passion for a social feel, but who knows, there may be people out there who want to find something like this.
- Enable the chance for you to meet new players. A way of doing this would be through our facebook page (Under construction) and/or our Twitter.
- Get the word out, that their is a guild out there, looking just to create the real and true guild feeling. I have played the game long enough to know when I am in a great guild and a steady guild, but we want both.
- Events such as arena games over in open arena zones, winners take gold from the gb.(more info to come)

Long Term Goals
- I want to create a Podcast team around WoD release, covering information on the expansion, lore, class shows and speaking to other guild members who wish to take part.
- A real Website with forums, polls and more.
- For players to really enjoy wow for what it is, The game is supposed to be enjoyed with friends and like minded people, not gold farmers and so on.
- Guild contracts: This works so the guild members should not have to use AH so much. Items in the GB will be sold for half the AH price. That money will go towards guild events and re supplying players. I also want to introduce the actual contracts. These are weekly tasks players can complete to farm items like meat, skins, herbs and so on and be rewarded from the guild bank with more gold. I have used it before and it worked amazingly well. 
- For players to be proud of what We as a community have created.
- WoD raiding. We will be raiding in WoD no question. Thanks to the changes the normals will have the same system as our current flex does. Making it easier to build a team and even if you can only pop on for an hour, still be apart of the event and maybe get some loot along the way. We want raiding to be a choice for everyone, not a necessity.

What was your first computer/console game and what do you remember from it?

My first ever computer game/console was the Play station 1 and I had Grand Turismo! As I said before I was never lucky or rich enough to get the early generations of consoles so I waited long enough for my birthday to get one. I first saw it when my step brother had it, I wanted one so much I waited all year for it but boy was it worth it! I love racing games to this day and thanks to that first experience I enjoy gaming just as much even now!

If you were to enter the costume contest on BlizzCon, what would your costume be?

Vancleef for sure, he was a bad ass and I love the lore around him. Simple yet cunning. A great look! Plus I somewhat have a pirate beard I keep telling myself, plus my family originated from Spanish pirates so there's that too! :P 

What is your best WoW memory?

As many as I have, My most memorable would be having the chance to meet my guild mates from Sweden. I wont go in to to much detail, but more information on it can be read here on my 2013 wrap up.

What’s the most “noobish” thing you’ve done in WoW?

Out of all the noobish things I have done over the years, It would have to be the most common one! I used to play a hunter when I first started WoW. When I first started to raid it became a common thing I would run out of Ammo and have to bash bosses knee caps with Raptor strike! :P 

Do you play any games besides WoW?

Right now I'm in love with Diablo: RoS. I have finally rekindled my love for the game and also I'm loot hunting with some close friends of mine so its a blast! I'm also writing up posts here and there on the monk lore in diablo which is also great fun! :D My first post can be found here.

When did you start blogging and why?

I started blogging as a way of keeping my guild up to date with the things I was up too, As well as a diary of my Warcraft life. I can remember my very first blog post was about the farm progress and a little guide on how to get ranked with some of the tillers. It then escalated quickly when I found out about the new Monk meditation pod cast. From here on out I have loved every moment of blogging, playing as a monk and really just working on showing you guys my adventures and mishaps. I have also been writing songs and poems for around 9 years so mixing both passions of mine, gaming & writing felt right. 

Is there any advice you wish someone had given you when you started blogging?

Always write what you want to write. Your blog is your way of expressing how you feel regardless of who may think otherwise. Enjoy it!

What is your favorite Hidden Area within wow?

The whispering forest! It was of legend and yet I sat and waited with a few friends before we witnessed it. I did a write up on my thoughts about it here. 

Which zone or area in WoW reminds you of where you’re from and why?

The UK is known for its rolling hills and well, not much else.. This place it has to be! Grizzly hills!
